Clare and Josh’s wedding at the Westgate Hall in Southampton began surrounded by family and friends in a warm embrace from the very beginning.
Their wedding at the Westgate Hall in Southampton was emotional, with happy tears and smiles shared across the room. A message from one of their closest friends, who could not be there in person, was played during the ceremony. Her words filled the space and made her presence felt.
Afterwards, everyone stepped outside for confetti, which lifted the atmosphere instantly. Family photographs followed, unhurried and full of interaction, before we moved into couple portraits. Clare and Josh were completely at ease together. The portraits felt romantic and relaxed, shaped by how they naturally are with one another.
The celebrations continued at the New Forest Hotel in Ashurst, where Clare and Josh engaged in a mini golf competition with their guests. It brought laughter and a playful shift to the afternoon, and Clare may well have taken the win. The golden hour across the open New Forest landscape gave space for an intimate and relaxed set of portraits, before the cake cut and the first dance.
This wedding was photographed under the Le Essenze package, with six hours of coverage from the ceremony in Southampton through to the evening in the New Forest.
