Anna and Lorenzo’s wedding day in Ferrara, Italy, felt relaxed, playful and full of energy, shaped by friends, music and shared humour.
Anna got ready at their flat in the city, surrounded by familiar spaces and close people. The morning felt informal and personal, setting an easy tone before heading to the church for the ceremony.
They held the ceremony in a Catholic church in Ferrara, where emotions surfaced naturally and the day gathered focus. After the ceremony, laughter and celebration followed straight away. A memorable “newly wed” departure on a four-wheel pedal bike reflected their sense of humour and the relaxed Italian atmosphere.
From there, the celebration continued at a venue just outside the city, where the day opened fully into music and dances. A live band made up of friends played throughout the evening, filling the space with energy and drawing everyone onto the dance floor. From the bouquet throw to the final dances, nothing was left out of the day.
This wedding was photographed using my La Dolce Vita option, with twelve hours of coverage to follow the full span of the day.
