Brenda and David’s wedding at The Montagu Arms Hotel in Beaulieu brought together close family and friends. Their July wedding in the New Forest was intimate, warm and deeply personal, shaped around the people who matter most to them.
Brenda got ready in the bridal suite, with her two handsome dogs nearby. The room opened directly onto the hotel gardens, and from there she walked across the grounds to The Oakwood Room for the ceremony. As she entered accompanied by her brother, the nerves were visible. David looked at her in awe, smiling broadly. The atmosphere in the room was happy and relaxed.
Confetti filled the front entrance of the hotel after the ceremony. A New Forest pony stopped by at exactly the right moment, just as Brenda had hoped. Guests gathered in the garden and around the bar for drinks and canapés while Brenda and David walked with their son towards the river for portraits. Just the three of them for a short intimate family time before returning to the garden for group photographs.
July brought clear skies and a comfortable warmth, sunny without being hot, and The Montagu Arms Hotel wedding setting suited them perfectly, with gardens, river views and space for everyone to gather comfortably.
Inside The Oakwood Room, guests were welcomed with small gifts placed at their seats. The wedding breakfast unfolded across several courses, followed by speeches that mixed warmth and humour. The cake was cut, their first dance followed, and the celebration continued in the same intimate spirit. Family had travelled from different parts of England, which made the gathering feel significant for everyone present.
This wedding was photographed under the Le Essenze package, with six hours of coverage.
