Karina and Iurie’s intimate Hawk Conservancy Trust wedding in Andover was centred entirely around their family and four children. No guests, the six of them, a relaxed and deeply personal celebration in mid April, with clear skies and soft spring light across the grounds.
Karina arrived accompanied by her older son, while Iurie and the other three children waited inside the ceremony room. The ceremony carried visible emotion from the start. A reading from her elderly son brought tears, followed by laughter as the teenage children added their own personality and energy into the room. The younger daughter stayed close throughout, and the ceremony felt centred on family happiness.
The setting made this intimate Hawk Conservancy Trust wedding feel completely unique. After the ceremony, drinks and cake were shared on the balcony overlooking the bird of prey display. As part of the experience, a vulture was brought to the balcony and perched on the banister beside them, drawing a cheer from the public attending for the show.
Later, the family walked through the grounds, admired the birds, held a beautiful owl and spent time together in the meadow before finishing with tea and coffee.
This wedding was photographed under the Le Essenze package, with three hours of coverage centred on the ceremony and the time they spent together around the Centre.
